The Mug Shoppe is a creative space for all that enter. Catch someone playing the guitar or one of our artists painting in the break room. We try and involve family members in staff activities to keep our team vibe intact. We’re a family, we support each other and we’re all happy to be a part of it. We have a clear understanding that when we appreciate every detail of your visit, improve your day and charge a fair price, everyone wins. We guarantee every cut and every service we provide. The images, particularly the mugshot artwork, is representative of those that have found greatness, despite having what might be considered a ‘bad run’. Some of the artists have left us on Earth but continue to inspire us in real-time.
You have lots of grooming options, so we need to work hard. We’re constantly adding services and treatments geared for all budgets and hair types. We want to blow your mind with service and a terrific experience. We feature local artwork and have some very cool apparel that comes and goes. It’s all hand made in Denver.

A client named Dexter described the shop as ‘modern industrial art deco meets macho man mop shop’. We like that. It’s a cool space with items that have been added for your enjoyment and richness. It’s clean and free of clutter. At its core, the shop is a unique and creative space for its visitors and employees. We have an awesome staff passionate about their craft. You’re going to get an amazing cut at The Mug Shoppe. Our providers are experienced and love to make your day. We’re also all about hair science. We carry products designed to maximize hair growth and overall hair health.
We feature live local music from time to time after hours. We also support our local first responders, educators and military with discounts.
The shop design features artwork inspired by generational icons. The arcade games have been restored and are free to enjoy . Looking around, you’ll notice inspiring graphics that may make you smile and hopefully some music that you appreciate. The vintage ‘Triumph’ motorcycle will greet you when you make your way to your provider as long as the owner hasn’t gone for a ride.
